Machine selection should support the approved component design; the machine supplier does not replace the designer responsible for load capacity or fastening requirements.

Identify the dimensions that control fit

Mark opening size, end alignment, hole position and any relevant clearance on the drawing. Explain the inspection method if the component is checked in a fixture. A part that appears visually close can still behave differently during assembly when the end positions or hole references are interpreted incorrectly.

Keep the sample review consistent

Use the same approved drawing revision and representative mating part for the review. Confirm whether the sample is inspected before or after any subsequent finish or treatment, according to the production plan. Record the result and any agreed correction before authorizing a larger batch. Avoid relying on an unmeasured photograph as the sole approval record.
